Individual Portfolio Performance Report

Excel File Format

  • If downloaded Excel file is not formatted as CSV (comma delimited) (*.csv), 'Save As.'

Date order must be MM/DD/YYYY.

  • Different downloads will have different date sequences.
  • Open downloaded file to check the date sequence.
  • If incorrect, highlight the date column, go to the Excel 'Number' tab, select date and convert to proper format.

Benchmark Analysis Range Settings

PerfCalc versions prior to version 5.41 require benchmark Starting Dates and Ending Dates be set and reset to the analysis range set @ an individual portfolio or for the combined report @ Load.

Version 5.41 does not require setting or resetting benchmark ranges to the same new or reset report ranges; individual or combined.

When an analysis range is set/reset @ an individual portfolio or @ Load/Recalc for a combined report, PerfCalc will seek and apply the same analysis date range to the linked benchmark.

CAUTION: When PerfCalc seeks a benchmark date and that date is not in the database, by default PerfCalc will seek and apply the next and nearest benchmark date.
