The report above is the standard report which is used most often; up to twenty-five entries.

On those occasions when more than twenty-five entries are required, the software will automatically select and print a different report with Portfolio Performance being centered below Customer Detail and the Investment Detail appearing as shown above on all pages.

  • To test and view > twenty-five entries, simply make a data entry and click the + icon repeatedly to a number > 25, click print icon, check print preview, click on OK.

Duplicate an Account:

Keep in mind that an existing account can be duplicated so as to show data for different selected time periods; quarterly or annually for example:
  • Description, Bill & Mary Smith 1st Qtr., 2009.
    • If title is longer than entry field, the account will not save.
  • @ Load highlight the account to be duplicated and click on Duplicate (D) while holding down the Control key to include data.
  • Change description to Bill & Mary Smith 2nd Qtr., 2009 etc.
  • Delete all entries except for the last 1st Quarter market value entry in the duplicate 2nd Quarter file and continue with 2nd quarter entries.

Add Account (+):

When you click on the '+' icon as shown in the above illustration, the new account title will open as New Portfolio.

A new title and account number must be entered.

If, by chance you add an account number and do not change the title, when you save and then try to add another new account, PerfCalc will revert to the prior new account that still has a title of New Portfolio.

Control Panel/Regional and Language Options:
